After-sales services for physical and online stores are separate. If you have any related after-sales service needs after purchasing in-store, please go back to the original store.

● In-store purchases can be paid by cash or card, as per the store's announcement.
● If you're a member, please provide your membership phone number to the staff before checkout. Your consumption amount will be accumulated by the store and can be viewed on your member account on the official website.
● No 7-day trial period for in-store purchases. Once sold, no returns will be accepted. For product exchanges, please go to the original store for assistance.     

      ▪︎ 1. Exchanges are only allowed within 7 days of purchase and limited to one exchange.

      ▪︎ 2. Please keep the product in its original condition, including packaging, tags, and accessories. The exchanged product must also be well-packaged and complete with all original items.    
      ▪︎ 3. Only in-stock products are available for exchange, pre-order items are excluded.    
      ▪︎ 4. Exchanges for the same model or same price product are allowed. If exchanging for a higher-priced product, you will need to pay the price difference. If exchanging for a lower-priced product, no refund for the price difference will be provided, please take note.
