● 海外訂購須知：

-  收件人姓名務必填寫英文姓名，地址。

-  付款方式提供  信用卡付款 。

-  海外運送採用「7-11跨境交貨便」或「順豐速運」寄送。

-  依照台灣營業稅法將不會開立發票（營業稅法：直接外銷貨物或勞務予國外買受人得免開立統一發票）。

-  寄出後依照地區不同約 7 - 15日送達，依照快遞配送狀況及海關抽驗而有可能延長送達時間，若海關課稅由客戶端自行處理。

-  若因海關課稅金問題拒收包裹，則不予退款，請特別注意。

● 運送注意事項：

-  請提供護照英文全名/本名，若因為收件資訊不正確無法配送且無人簽收，導致包裹退回我們將直接取消整筆訂單。

-  被退回之包裹僅會以購物金方式歸還商品金額 ( 運費一律不歸還 )，作業完成後也會以e-mail方式通知您，若需重新寄送包裹，需自行負擔運費。

-  包裹寄出後，您可登入會員中心查詢訂單配送狀態，若已是配送中的訂單，請至國際交貨便-貨況查詢，輸入您的交貨便服務代碼，即可查詢該單號目前的包裹狀態。

● 海外退換貨須知：

-  海外僅接受「瑕疵退貨」服務。

-  若收到瑕疵商品，請在7日內將照片回傳給客服人員，經判定非人為瑕疵後，款項直接轉為「會員購物金」待下次使用。

-  因海外運送較繁瑣，海外運送皆不接受退換貨服務，出貨前我們皆會細心檢查及包裝，請您安心訂購。

● 海外通關及進口關稅：

海外商品進入國內都需通關，是否收取關稅由海關隨機抽查決定，如包裹產生關稅，需買家承擔，敬請諒解。

-  關稅是由國家海關徵收，與 SAMO ONDOH 無關，具體的繳稅金額建議您諮詢當地郵局。

-  如需繳納關稅，屆時會由稅務相關工作人員通知您並給您發送報關通知單，交齊關稅後即可領取商品。

● 海外拒絕收貨注意事項：

如果拒絕簽收SAMO ONDOH包裹，您仍須負擔運費、包裹產生的進口費，以上費用皆從包裹費用中扣除退還。

► How to buy

‧Paying Method: Credit Card.

‧Please provide the name and address of the recipient in English.

‧Depends on the recipient’s address, you can choose "S.F. Express" and "7-11 Cross border pick-up only" for your shipping.

‧Your order will be delivered within 7 - 15 days depends on your country and distance.

‧All overseas orders do not include in free shipping service. (Campaigns are exceptional.)

‧The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; SAMO ONDOH has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

‧Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

► Shipping Notice: 

‧Please provide the name on the passport or your actual name. If the package is not delivered successfully since the information of recipient was incorrect. Then the order will be canceled.

‧When the package returned to us, your refund will be turned into a "STORE CREDITS" for your next purchase at SAMO ONDOH. (Freight not included.) Once the refund process settled, our team will inform you by e-mails. If you request to resend the package, you need to afford the freight. 

‧After the package shipped. You can track your order status by Global Package and enter your tracking number if you assigned “S.F. Express” or “7-11 Cross border pick-up only” for delivery.

※ Important notice: 

If the delivery failed too many times and we also did not get any reply from you, some of the carriers will no longer return the parcel to us, and also there will be no refund for you.

► After-Sales Service

‧SAMO ONDOH DO NOT provide return and exchange service for the overseas customers. 

‧If you received incorrect items or defective products, please contact our customer service team and send us photos of the products within 7 days. Once your request has been approved, the refund will be turned into a "STORE CREDIT" for your next purchase at SAMO ONDOH.

‧SAMO ONDOH will do strictly quality-control and pack carefully for your orders. Please enjoy your purchase.
